Air Cooled Buffs sometimes referred to as "Ventilated" or "Airway",
has pleated cloth and is held by a metal clinch ring in the center. Diameters
run from 8" to 16" (even measurements only) with centers from
3" to 7", with adapters for various arbor holes. The amount of
cloth in each section is designated by #2 and #4; the least amount of cloth
being #2. The more cloth, the tighter and more aggressive the buff.
